Hosting

All of our hosting is done out of Brisbane Australia. Stokes IT offers many hosting options such as web hosting on shared servers, database hosting on shared servers, web hosting on dedicated servers, database hosting on dedicated servers and server hosting.

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) on our network is 99.99% and the SLA on our servers is 99.95%. In other words we guarantee everything to be up 99.95% of the time. Of course this excludes scheduled maintenance windows (however these aren’t utilized very often and clients are always notified in advance of any scheduled works).

Our datacenter contains redundant systems across servers, network, power and climate control. We currently maintain 3 x 100 MB internet connections, each from a separate provider. Our routers will automatically detect failures in a link and route traffic via the shorted path, around any potential problems. All network equipment is Foundry Networks or Cisco Systems. All servers are IBM.
